It features cuisine designed for sharing, carefully sourced ingredients, creative cocktails and an atmosphere that subtly changes from morning through to dinner.

Mornings at ZIA begin with the aroma of freshly ground Italian coffee, warm pastries and Alpine light streaming into the restaurant.
Crisp cornetti, chocolate sfogliatelle, flower-honey pancakes, pesto eggs Benedict, tramezzini, homemade granola, freshly pressed juices and a selection of Italian coffees create a rich and sophisticated colazione experience.
A breakfast designed for lingering before heading out onto the slopes, in a warm and relaxed atmosphere.

Mezzogiorno, a lively lunch with an Italian spirit

Available from 12pm to 3pm

At lunchtime, ZIA offers a warm and welcoming Italian dining experience overlooking the mountains. The menu features Mediterranean fish crudo, carpaccio, antipasti for sharing, gourmet pizzas, signature pasta dishes and quality Italian ingredients selected with great care.

Blue lobster spaghettoni, ravioli alla Parmigiana, truffle focaccia, Cacio & Pepe and Avocado & Caviale pizzas, fresh salads and sharing platters create a colourful lunch full of Mediterranean sunshine.

Equally suited to a post-ski lunch or a leisurely meal overlooking the slopes.

Dolcezza, Italian-style afternoon tea

Available from 4pm to 5.30pm

After a day on the slopes, ZIA invites guests to slow down and indulge in something sweet.
Italian hot chocolate, an affogato with ristretto, a sweet pizzetta created by Manon Santini, or pastries featuring citrus fruits, Bronte pistachios and Guanaja chocolate.
A warm and welcoming pause between afternoon and evening, centred around Italian coffees, homemade dolci and the golden light settling over the mountains.

Aperitivo, a signature experience at The Negroni Club

Available from 7pm to 10pm

As the evening aperitivo begins, ZIA transforms into The Negroni Club.

An interactive experience inspired by Italy’s great cocktail bars, where every cocktail begins with the draw of a card. Draw a card and the bartender creates the perfect pairing before revealing a unique Negroni crafted for the occasion.

Iconic Negronis, signature variations, bespoke cocktails, pizzettas for sharing, music and soft lighting come together to create ZIA’s evening atmosphere.

A more relaxed, sociable and elegant way to experience Courchevel.

As evening falls, ZIA takes on a new dimension.

The lighting softens, the tables fill and the kitchen showcases a richer, more exuberant expression of Italian cuisine.
Crudo, antipasti, blue lobster, caviar, fresh truffle, grilled meats, signature pasta dishes and gourmet pizzas come together in a menu designed for sharing and long alpine evenings.

The dolci created by Manon Santini extend this experience with citrus fruits, chocolate, pistachio and reimagined Italian classics.

Rocco Seminara and Manon Santini have developed a contemporary vision of Italian hospitality, where cuisine, energy and the art of hosting combine naturally.

With ZIA at Sivolière, they have created a vibrant and elegant destination in Courchevel inspired by the greatest Mediterranean restaurants: authentic cuisine, carefully sourced ingredients and an experience built around sharing and the pleasure of dining together.

They are also the creators of The Negroni Club, a signature concept dedicated to the Italian aperitivo, combining a carefully curated drinks programme with elegant presentation, reflecting their lifestyle-driven approach to their projects. Through their creations, Manon Santini and Rocco Seminara champion a modern vision of Mediterranean hospitality with international appeal.

Accustomed to working in international environments across Europe, the Middle East and the United States, her approach combines high standards, aesthetic sensitivity and an in-depth understanding of the expectations of an international clientele. She does not simply create restaurants – she transforms them into destinations.
