La Sivoliere welcomes you in its restaurant overlooking the pine trees and the ski slopes to make you discover authentic local flavours perfectly cooked by our new Head Chef Fanny Rey who has been rewarded by a Michelin star in her own restaurant “L’Auberge de Saint-Rémy” in Provence.
For breakfast, La Sivolière offers a generous buffet known for its exceptional quality and abundance. Later on in the day, give in to temptation and enjoy irresistible snacks like tarts, crêpes and other delights, prepared right before your eyes.
But this is at dinner time that the taste experience will reach the peak because this year La Sivolière is preparing big culinary surprises.
Fanny will enhance the only 100% organic and ethic menu of Courchevel that you will savour in front of the lighted forest.
In the evening, head for the bar, which opens onto a cosy lounge area with a fireplace. Sip a mulled wine, champagne or whisky, or enjoy one of our signature, classic or custom-prepared cocktails. We offer a variety of different events, including “double bubble” nights for fans of sparkling wines, as well as wine tastings, master classes and concerts. With its vast selection of dishes and refreshments, the bar is also the perfect place for a light and informal meal that’s still every bit as delicious.

Surrounding the fireplace, a piece of art made with recycled wood and golden metal leaves reminds the forest that inspired the hotel name, and even more beautiful at night with its unique lighting. The interior designer Sara Copeland has composed an elegant and intimate setting where the guests like to meet in the evening for dinner.
A the “Table de Fanny”, the new unmissable table for altitude gourmets, an intimate setting with only 12 seats has been created in Le 1850 Be Organic restaurant to discover the Experience menus of Fanny and Jonathan (2 unique menus including 7 or 10 dishes).
The guests welcome at “La Table de Fanny” will delight in dishes this season: the Scallop cooked with « Clothes peg », winter leek, lemon skin or the Savoyard crozets pasta cooked with chicken stock, Alpine chees and truffle. And for the joy of sweet palates: the eternal crusty toffee, grilled apple in Savoyard Brandy signed by Jonathan Wahid, voted as “France best pastry chef” in 2017.
