The dining and relaxation area at La Sivolière
La Sivoliere welcomes you in its restaurant overlooking the pine trees and the ski slopes to make you discover authentic local flavours perfectly cooked by our new Head Chef Fanny Rey who has been rewarded by a Michelin star in her own restaurant “L’Auberge de Saint-Rémy” in Provence.
For breakfast, La Sivolière offers a generous buffet known for its exceptional quality and abundance. Later on in the day, give in to temptation and enjoy irresistible snacks like tarts, crêpes and other delights, prepared right before your eyes.
But this is at dinner time that the taste experience will reach the peak because this year La Sivolière is preparing big culinary surprises at Le 1850 and La Table de Fanny et Jonathan. You will savor the menu of the moment or the Snow Experience menu while contemplating the illuminated forest through the large picture windows.
In the evening, head for the bar, which opens onto a cosy lounge area with a fireplace. Sip a mulled wine, champagne or whisky, or enjoy one of our signature, classic or custom-prepared cocktails.
With its vast selection of dishes and refreshments, the bar is also the perfect place for a light and informal meal that’s still every bit as delicious.
We invite you to discover an unexpected journey in homage to Savoy and Provence that we love so much.
To our artisans of the land who take care of it every day with passion and the rhythm of the seasons, respecting the environment with a local conscience.
For this menu, you will discover our latest creations cooked on the spot with the help of our precious craftsmen at the very heart of our terroirs and their traditions.
Open Tuesday to Saturday only for dinner.
Surrounding the fireplace, a piece of art made with recycled wood and golden metal leaves reminds the forest that inspired the hotel name, and even more beautiful at night with its unique lighting.
The interior designer Sara Copeland has composed an elegant and intimate setting where the guests like to meet in the evening for dinner.
At dinner, we invite you to simply face the mountain to discover a bistronomic cuisine with Savoyard notes.
Every Monday, taste our cheese specialties by our craftsmen Emily and Bernard Chardon who perpetuate the tradition of artisanal production of farmhouse cheeses in Saint-Bon le Haut.
Open daily for dinner.
By Sébastien Guillot, our Chef barman and Marine Pano, his assistant.
After a great day of skiing, Sébastien will have the pleasure of welcoming you and will present you with a range of cocktails with or without alcohol.
Our mixologists will make surprising creations, some of them with Savoyard accents such as the Negroni aged in oak barrels infused with fir, without forgetting the tailor-made creations according to the tastes of each.
A warming cup of mulled wine, and logs crackling in the big stone fireplace… What better way to spend a winter night? Perhaps a bit of music or a wine tasting… Whatever your preferences, La Sivolière invites you to come visit the bar and relax in the lounge.
Celebrate a great day of skiing with a bottle of Veuve Clicquot or a vintage Dom Pérignon. At La Sivolière, golden and rosé sparkling wines hold a place of honour at the bar, from champagne cocktails to our weekly “double bubble” nights. You’ll be pleasantly surprised by our head bartender’s creativity as you sample a personalised creation prepared especially for you.
Our vast drink selection offers the perfect pairing for each of our many light, sweet or savoury dishes. And because winter nights are even lovelier with a bit of music, La Sivolière regularly invites a variety of artists to perform for our guests.
Whether it’s for a birthday, a family gathering, a meal with friends, a romantic dinner for two… there are so many reasons to share an extraordinary culinary experience with those you love.
Tell them your desires.
